Pencil Lead Resistors
Here is a shot showing all 5 "resistors". I measured one with a multimeter to be approximately 1 ohm. Using 5 leads plus the nichrome wire itself, the current flow was about 1.6A on a voltage of approximately 12V (not measured, but it is a car battery), meaning the total resistance of the circuit was about 7.5 ohms.
